110% Superbonus regime: Renovation of a detached villa located in the Municipality of Fenegrò, province of Como.

The intervention concerned the energy efficiency of the building envelope, through the application of a thermal insulation in EPS with graphite, CAM certified. For the fixing of the external wooden blinds, to protect against any thermal bridges, we have chosen Dosteba products (https://www.dosteba.eu/).

For the systems, a series of photovoltaic panels with a power of 6 Kw on the roof were installed, as well as a solar thermal system, as an integration of the production of domestic hot water.

In addition, some internal finishings have completed the work giving a new look, absolutely elegant, to the house originally dating back to the late nineties.
